A gluten-free traybake mix for a rich raspberry-flavoured brownie with white and dark chocolate chips.
Ingredients:
Gluten Free Flour (rice flour, potato starch, maize flour), Soft Light Brown Sugar, Granulated White Sugar, Dark Chocolate Chips (11%) (sugar, palm oil (rspo), fat reduced cocoa powder, whey powder (MILK), emulsifier (soya lecithin), stabiliser (sobitan tristerate)), White Chocolate Chips (11%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, whey powder (MILK), non-hydrogenated vegetable fats, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin)) Fat-Reduced Cocoa powder (cocoa powder, potassium carbonates, potassium hydroxide), Flavouring

Method:
Preheat oven to 180˚C/160˚C fan
Mix 3 large eggs, 1tsp vanilla essence and 150ml of rapeseed or vegetable oil together.
Add packet contents to the wet ingredients and mix well.
Spread evenly in a greaseproof lined baking tray, approx. 22cm square. Bake for 20-25 mins.
Check its cooked by ensuring a knife comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack before cutting in to slices.
