At Crafty Cook, we are very aware of allergens and which products have any of the 14 listed food allergens in them.
When we’re at shows you’ll find logos for those with any allergens in on their labels and the price labels we put on display. You can always ask us about them too. All details can be found within the product pages of our website.
If you have an allergy or intolerance to anything in our products, (e.g. garlic, onion or chilli) let us know when ordering (in the message box), or contact us to discuss further. “Because we’re small and handcraft every product, we can adapt recipes to meet individual customer requirements.”(Please be aware that they may not taste exactly the same as with it in)
As we are SALSA Approved (next level up from 5* Food Hygiene), we also have our products externally tested for gluten. We follow stringent rules and regulations regarding storage and the use of products with allergens in them. Our ingredients are stored separately, each of our products are made at separate times, so preventing the possibility of cross-contamination taking place within our unit. Please be aware though, that the ingredients may have been originally packaged in environments where other allergens are or have been present. If in doubt, please ask.
