A gluten-free, fragrant, Thai-style dry soup mix with creamy coconut milk, rice and red peppers.
Ingredients:
Dairy-Free Coconut milk powder (36%) (coconut milk, maltodextrin from identity preserved non-GMO corn (8%) and 2% modified food starch from identity preserved non-GMO corn.), Fish Stock ((water, FISH, onion, CELERIAC, leek, carrot extract, spice, herb), salt, maltodextrin, yeast extract, rapeseed oil.), Red peppers (4%), Chicken Stock (water, chicken stock, flavouring, glucose syrup, salt, yeast extract, sugar), Soft Brown sugar, Flavouring, Dried Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Paprika, Cumin, Chilli powder.

4 Serving Method:
Empty packet, including the stock sachet, into a pan, add 1500ml cold water.
Bring to the boil and then simmer for 30 minutes until the rice is cooked and the veg is soft.
Leave to cool for a short while and the soup will thicken. Season to taste. Serve.

Empty packet, including the stock sachet, into a pan, add 750ml cold water.
Bring to the boil and then simmer for 30 minutes until the rice is cooked and the veg is soft.
